DESCRIPTION:Business Modeling Using BMLTM is comprised of modeling mechanics, Business Co-Formulation (BCF) and Project Co-Formulation (PCF) methods. Students learn how to use the BusinessGenetics modeling language to create and manipulate business models using the BMLTM W5 Editor software. Students will practice Document Co-Formulation (DCF), a method for converting implicit and explicit organizational knowledge into the BMLTM language, and develop work session facilitator skills for purposes of conducting Facilitated Co-Formulation (FCF) work sessions. Project Co-Formulation, a specific application of the BMLTM methodology to aid in the successful, multi-dimensional and complete definition of any project will also be introduced.
This course will be delivered as 8 - 3 hour synchronous web sessions, Monday - Thursday for two consecutive weeks. Sessions run from 9:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) - 12:00 PM MDT.
