This course prepares students to utilize existing BML^TM business models to analyze and improve their businesses. Student teams are presented with a case example as the basis for them to plan, organize, and execute a business improvement project. A variety of analysis techniques are demonstrated including: issue analysis, business dimension analysis, root cause, and cycle time reduction. This intensive, hands on course culminates with the teams preparing and presenting a sample business case for the fictitious company’s CEO and board.
