Overview

By leaders for leaders. Facilitated by one of BusinessGenetics founders, this discussion based course enables leaders to identify opportunities and align their particular business initiatives with the utilization of BMLTM business modeling and analysis techniques. The course provides a high level understanding of business modeling and its use in business today, including an overview of the BMLTM models and Business Co-Formulation (BCF) methods. Further, discussion and examples will be customized for each audience to address specific industry or organizational strategy and goals.

Course Objectives
  • Understand the use BMLTM methodology and W5 Editor in describing business.
  • Discuss how BMLTM methods and tools have been used to solve complex business problems such as improving business, generating business requirements, regulatory compliance, or strategic planning.
  • Determine potential applications of BusinessGenetics’ approach within your own organization and how to introduce/champion BMLTM methods and tools.
