Using BML Business Requirements

This course will provide students an opportunity to refresh their knowledge and skills of the BML^TM methodology and W5 Editor software tool. Students will create and manipulate BML^TM models, including applying profiles and dimension relationships for reporting and other project deliverable output.

• Review the use and application of the five distinct dimensions used to describe business.
• Review the use and application of BML^TM profiles and dimension relationships.
• Review the use and creation of the HOW model to fully express a business process.
• Apply DCF and FCF principles to a business case example.
• Create BML^TM models and prepare project related deliverables.

Individuals that have previously participated in Business Modeling Using BML^TM but wish to refresh their understanding of BusinessGenetics BML^TM methodology and W5 software tool.

• Traditional Classroom: 1 day – 6 hours
